This is in reference to felix talking about his 4 day water fast for the LV show, on his Instagram live, which seemed really excessive, even by a models standard. He also spoke about it in English, so the explanation of diet culture in Korea being ‘different’ somehow, is null & void. This also isn’t the first, second, or third time he has seemingly talked about going on extreme diet, it also doesn’t sound like he’s simply confiding to fans, at some points he talks about it like it’s an accomplishment. At some point he has to realise it’s neither healthy or okay to talk about your disordered eating behaviours in front of an audience of 100,000 people on Instagram live. ….
Edit: Definitely not bashing him at all, I feel upset for him if anything. I’ve dealt with different ED’s throughout my life, so watching a live of an idol you like and suddenly hearing triggering stuff isn’t the best feeling. I don’t think he should apologise, I just wish idols in general were a little more tactful.
