This is kind of an appreciation post for the managers/staffing of large groups I'm talking 9 members +. Just to be clear I appreciate the managers/staffing of EVERY group even if its 2 members, I'm aware of the time and effort they put into it. Recently, I went on an Izone rewatching spree. I saw LSF Sakura celebrating her bday at amusement park with the other members of LSF and got reminded of the time she also got spotted there on her birthday with a few other I*zone members, and even before when she was in her jpop group, it seems that girl really loves amusement parks on her bday haha.
Anyways, this led me to start rewatching all Izone content. That's when the thought suddenly hit me of "wow this is a lot of people in one group, imagine having to manage that." Recently, when watching some LSF content and discovering that they have 4 managers for only a 5 member group, and even then they still have to rotate shifts in order to have a normal life. I began to think about how much organization, planning, etc.. it would take to upkeep a 12 member group like Izone, and holy it seems like it would be so much. Keeping up with all of their health (mental and physical), always having to use maybe a minimum of 3 cars no matter where you are going, finding places that will be able to serve a group of 12, making sure all 12 of them are up on time and ready to go, possibly having to mediate issues between them, having to schedule not only activities as a group but also probably individual activities that the members might want to do, presumably having to develop a relationship with all of their parents/families just in case they have to contact you, sometimes being their camera man/woman for BTS contents, etc...
Don't get me started on how much of a ride it must be getting 12 members prepared to travel overseas. Then Booking their overseas rooms, and kind of having to act as security while the members are sightseeing in a country that you also most likely have no experience with. I know there is probably more responsibilities they have that I didn't mention. Man, shout out to all the managers. Le sserafim must have made "Easy" to also describe the managers, because they damn sure make it look easy even though I'm sure it is not.
