JEDEC DDR5-6400 requires IMC to have CKD support and it is impossible to do so without new IMC design & tapeout which is unlikely to happen in RPL-R gen. Same with AMD if they decided to reuse cIOD in Zen5. If Intel didn't cancel MTL-S it would be the first to support DDR5-6400.
